When you complete a scanning session in the EZ Scan app, press the SYNC NOW button to send the newly scanned laps to your database.

If you have already done that, but are not seeing the laps on the website, please logout of the EZ Scan app and log back in with your username and password and then press the Sync Now button, to send the laps to the database.

After trying the two steps above, if you still do not see the laps on the website, please send the data and log files from the scanning device.  To do that, please follow the steps below. Check out this link for how to do this on a Chromebook.

Steps to send the Data and Log files from an Apple or Android Device: 

Please follow these steps on each of the devices that were used to scan laps 

  1. Press the "Settings" button within the EZ Scan app.
  2. Press the "Send Data" button. 
    • When you do that, an email will pop up with the data file attached to send to no-reply@fitnessfinders.net. (In some versions you may need to select your email application, before an email opens. e.g.: Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo).
  3. Send the email.
  4. Then repeat steps 2 & 3 with the "Send Logs" button. 


If an email doesn't open, in step 2, when you click Send Data/Send Logs (or an email option isn't available), then you will need to add an email address to the device.

To verify you have sent us the data and logs, please check the "Sent" folder in your email account on your device to make sure they have been sent to the no-reply email address. Then send a note to help@fitnessfinders.net to let us know the files are available or reply to the corresponding help desk ticket.


Steps to send the Data and Log files from a Chromebook: 

  1. Press the "Settings" button within the EZ Scan app.
  2. Press the "Send Data" button.
  3. Choose "Files - Save to Files"
  4. In the pop-up window, you will see the name of the file at the bottom - "data-school-####-mm-dd-yyyy"
  5. Click Save
  6. Back in the EZ Scan app, press the "Send Logs" button.
  7. Choose "Files - Save to Files"
  8. In the pop-up window, you will see the name of the file at the bottom - "ezscanlog.txt"
  9. Click on Save
  10. Now that both files are created, you can send them from the gmail account on the Chromebook. Open the Gmail app. (You may need to minimize the EZ Scan app.)
  11. Compose a new email (pencil icon):
    • To: no-reply@fitnessfinders.net
    • Subject: Data and Logs - School Name
    • Attach the data and log files using the paperclip icon.  They are located in the "Downloads" folder.
  12. Send the email
