You can create an exact copy of your current program while removing the data to start at 0 miles in the new program. When you create a new program, the website will ask if you want to base it off the one you have selected in the teal-colored box at the top of your screen:
- Select the program in the teal-colored box at the top of the page that you want an exact copy of.
- Click on “Edit My School” in the top-right and then click on the “Programs” tab.
- Once you’re in the programs tab, click "Add Program".
- A pop-up will appear, it will ask if you want to base the new program off the program you have selected in the teal-colored box at the top of the page. Select “Based on *program name at the top of the page*”. Click “Continue”.
- Then, it will ask if you want to retain the students from the program name at the top of the page. Select “Yes”. Click “Continue”.
- Next, it will ask, "Do you want to advance students into new classes/grades or leave them as they appear in the *program name at the top of the page*". Select "No Change". Click “Continue”.
- Then, it will ask "Do you want to retain mileage from the *program name at the top of the page*?" - you will select “No”. Click “Continue”.
NOTE: This will not delete any data in the program you’ve selected in the teal-colored box at the top of the screen, it will just start the new one at 0. - Lastly, just fill in the program a name, start date, end date, and click "Finish".
- IMPORTANT - to get this new program to show up on your scanning devices, please log out of the app on all devices. Then, log back in. Once you log back in, click Sync Now and then start a session and the new program should appear.
