When you log into your account, you will notice you are unable to access all the features until you complete the Account Clean-Up.
For fall 2021, we are updating all accounts to remove duplicate students and create a master roster. Don’t worry, any duplicates found are not your fault!
This update also allows you to:
- See all students in your account via the Roster.
- Use the Roster to Advance any students missed when creating a new program.
- Copy/Paste student names without creating duplicates or having to print a new card.
With just a few minutes of your time, as you follow the prompts, this update will give you more control and allow for more features to be released in the future.
