When you log in, you will be greeted by a banner explaining that your account is scheduled for a one-time clean-up to eliminate duplicate students. For more information about why the clean-up is necessary, click here.


If you have already setup your account for the new year before this update:  follow these instructions.


1. Please go to "Edit My School" to complete the update before adding any miles or programs.

 

While in Edit My School you will this box at the top of the screen:

2. Click “Start

You have now begun the 2021 Account Clean-Up Process:


3. Select Advance Student or Start From Scratch 

Do you Advance your students (i.e., reuse the student QR cards) or Start from Scratch (i.e., print all new QR cards)?
