When you log into your account at www.ezmileageclub.com, you may see the message: "Your subscription is still valid, but a program that includes today's date is needed." in a red box at the top of the window. 


This message is not linked to your subscription expiration date.  It is letting you know that none of your active programs, include today's date. If you are planning to use the app to start a scan session, you will need to create a new program or change the date range on an existing active program.


To change the start date of an existing active program:

Click on "Edit My School" at the top of the page.

Click on the "Programs" tab.

Check to see if today's date is within the dates of the program's start and end dates.

If the start date is the same as today's date, move the start date back a day and click "Save".

If the end date has passed, change the end date as needed and click "Save".

Once you make changes to the dates, you will need to log out of the EZ Scan app on all devices you use to scan QR Codes.

Then log back into the app with your username and password.

Press the "Sync Now" button, to send the changes from the website to the EZ Scan app on each device.
