1. Click on "Edit My School."

2. Choose the program you want to copy from the teal drop-down at the top of the screen

3. Select the "Programs" tab. 

4. Click the "Add Program" button. 


5. Click "Based on *Your Previous Program Name*". Click "Continue".


6. Click "Yes" when it asks if you'd like to retain the students. Click "Continue".



7. Click "*Move/Advance Students". Click "Continue".



8. Decide whether you'd like the students to start at zero miles in this new program or not. Click "Yes or No".

   (This does not delete the data from your previous program. This only starts the new program at zero miles)



9. Give your program a name, start date, and end date. Click "Finish"




10. You are taken to a new page. Complete "Step 1. Users" and "Step 2. Classes". Click "Next".


11. For "3. Students", click "Done". You have now created your new program with empty classes and it is time to add the students to the classes.
