You have created a new program based off an existing program. You have selected to retain miles. When you go into the new program, the awards are not marked as given any more, like they were in the older program.

  1. Go to the "teal-colored box" at the top of the screen and be sure your new program is selected.
  2. Go to the "Class Sheet"
  3. Go to the "Print" tab on the left side of the Class Sheet
  4. Click "School Awards List"
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Generate"
  6. In the pop-up, click "Download PDF"
  7. Once the PDF downloads, close out of the PDF.
  8. Click the "X" in the top-right corner of the Download PDF pop-up
  9. A new pop-up will appear at the top of the screen saying, "Do you want to mark off all awards as having been presented to the students of this school?"
  10. Click "OK"
  11.  If you have certificates setup as award levels, you will also need to do the same for certificates.
    • Go to the "Class Sheet"
    • Go to the "Print" tab on the left side of the Class Sheet
    • Click on "Certificates"
    • Click "Generate"
    • Click the "X" in the top-right corner of the Generate pop-up.
    • A new pop-up will appear saying, "Do you want to mark these certificates as completed?"
    • Click "Confirm"

Now, your awards in your new program will all be marked as given.
