If you are experiencing a white or blank screen in the EZ Scan app, in place of the camera on your Apple device, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings on your device
2. Go to Privacy
3. Click Camera
4. Click the toggle icon to turn on the camera for EZ Scan
OR
1. Go to Settings on your device
2. Scroll on the left side to the bottom where your apps are listed
3. Click EZ Scan 2
4. In the Camera section, Click the toggle icon to turn on the camera for EZ Scan
Return to the EZ Scan app, open a session, and your camera should now work.
