If you are experiencing a white or blank screen in the EZ Scan 2 app, in place of the camera on your Apple device, follow these steps:


1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Go to Privacy

3. Click Camera

4. Click the toggle icon to turn on the camera for EZ Scan 2


OR


1. Go to Settings on your device

2. Scroll on the left side to the bottom where your apps are listed

3. Click EZ Scan 2

4. In the Camera section, Click the toggle icon to turn on the camera for EZ Scan 2 


Return to the EZ Scan 2 app, open a session, and your camera should now work.
