If you are getting a message on the EZ Scan app saying you do not have correctly configured students, this is because you need at least one program with active dates and student names in it, as well as, at least one course created to calculate lap length.
To fix this and use the EZ Scan app:
- Login at ezmileageclub.com/login
- Once logged in, go to "Edit My School"
- Click on the "Programs" tab.
- Find the program name you are planning to use and verify there are student names in the classes of that program.
- Extend the "End Date", of that program, past today's date.
- Click "Save"
- Log out of the EZ Scan app on your scanning device.
- Log back into the EZ Scan app with your username and password.
- Press the "Sync Now" button.
- Once the sync completes, start a scanning session. You should now be able to select a program.
