If the student was in the previous program, you can use the Roster tab to add them to the current program.  Simply follow the steps below.

  1. Select “Edit My School” at the top of the page. 
  2. Go to the "Roster" tab.
  3. Scroll to "Inactive students"
  4. Click the check box next to the name(s) you want to add to the current program.  
    • Note: if you choose more than one student, remember all students must be moved the same class.
  5.  Click "Add To Program"
  6. Select the Class, to add them to, using the dropdown.
  7. Click “OK”.


        Note: You will need to sync all devices before the next scanning session, for the QR code to scan correctly.
