EZ Scan® works on iPads, Android tablets and smartphones running iOS 14.5 or later and Android 10 or later.
EZ Scan® is not compatible with Amazon Kindle or Fire, Google Chromebooks, or devices using any version of Android Pie/Go Edition.
IMPORTANT: Apple devices running an iOS version lower than 14.5 are no longer supported by Apple. Because of this, we are unable to able to release updates for devices running these lower iOS versions. If you have these devices, we will support you as much as we are able. Currently, you are able to still use the app that you have downloaded on your device, it just won't receive future updates. To receive EZ Scan updates, please update your device's operating system.
