Click on "Edit my School."
Make sure that the current program that all the students are participating in is selected in the teal drop-down at the top of the page.
Select the "Programs" tab.
Click the "Add Program" button.
- Choose the Based on (Program Name) option.
- Select yes to retain the students. The same QR codes can be used
- Select no change.
- Selecting no will reset the mileage to zero in the new program that you are creating.
- Name and set the dates. Once the end date has passed, the program will not show up on the app to scan on.
Log in to the app, sync the device, and be sure to select the new program.
You can add a test student to a class and use their QR code to test the new program. Always a good idea to make sure the devices have the new program on them before your event.
