If you do not see a program available to select before starting a scan session, then the current date is outside the "Start" and "End" dates of the programs you've created or you have not pressed the "Sync Now" button before starting the session.


To check the dates for your current program:

  1. Log into the EZ Tally website (www.ezmileageclub.com) and click on Edit My School
  2. Click on the Programs tab
  3. Check to see if today's date is within the Start and End dates of the program, you want to use for scanning. 
  4. If the start date is the same as today's date, move the start date back a day and click Save
  5. If the end date has passed, change the end date and click Save
  6. Once the changes are saved to the dates, log out of the app, on all devices.
  7. Then log back in with your username and password
  8. Press the Sync Now button, to send the date changes from the website, to the EZ Scan app.
  9. Start a session.  If you have only one available program, the session will proceed.  If you have more than one available, a list of options will show on the screen.
