We recommend syncing the app both before and after each scan session.
When you sync the app before the scan session, it updates the app with any changes to the website like new students, programs, or courses. When you sync the app after the scan session, it syncs the laps from the scan session to the website.

If you ever have trouble syncing the app, do not delete the app, and contact a customer service agent by either opening a chat from the website, emailing us at help@fitnessfinders.net, or calling 1(800) 789-9255. 

Note: Deleting the app erases the data from it, and we will not be able to help recover the laps.
