That message means an EZ Scan® or EZ Tally® account already exists for the email that you entered.  It could be an old account or a trial account.  The account may have even expired.  If an account is associated with the provided email address, a new account may not be created with it.

Two options are available.

  1. Contact the individual responsible for the account (or trial) and obtain access to the account at https://ezmileageclub.com. You will then be able to renew or upgrade the existing account with a credit card.  (Note: you will not be able to do this with an expired account. Please call Fitness Finders for expired accounts.)
  2. Call the Fitness Finders® office (800-789-9255) to renew or upgrade the account.  We will need the following information to assist you:
    • Name and address of the school
    • Coordinator name and email address
    • Type of subscription desired – EZ Scan® (includes the EZ Tally® database) or EZ Tally® (basic or select)
