EZ Tally® is the data base and EZ Scan® is the scanning app.  EZ Scan® is essentially an upgrade to EZ Tally®. When you purchase EZ Scan®, you also get EZ Tally®. (EZ Tally® is not going anywhere, its still there with all of it's features and it's easy to use database. It also remains available as a standalone subscription.)
