How to Complete Your QR Code Order with Fitness Finders

Thank you for purchasing QR codes from Fitness Finders!
Follow the steps below to make sure we have everything we need to print your QR cards or stickers accurately.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

After placing your QR code order, you’ll receive a support ticket email from Fitness Finders.
This email includes:

  • A link directing you to your EZ Scan account

  • Instructions to go to Edit My School → QR Codes tab to tell us who to print QR codes for

  • A QR Design Form (if this is your first time ordering) so you can specify how you’d like your QR codes printed

Step 2: Enter Student Names

Log in to your account at ezmileageclub.com and make sure all your student names are entered under the correct classes.

Step 3: Select Who to Print QR Codes For

  1. Go to Edit My School

  2. Select the QR Codes tab

  3. Under “Choose Who to Print”, choose one of the following options:

    • All Students – print QR codes for everyone in your school

    • All Students in the Following Classes – select specific classes; all students in those classes will be included

    • Students by Team – select students by team

    • Individual Students – pick specific students. NOTE: You can also use the Select All button within a class for faster selection.


Once you’ve made your selections, submit your entry. This tells Fitness Finders exactly which students need QR cards or stickers. 


IMPORTANT NOTE: If you made an error or missed a student, please resubmit for ALL students you'll need again. Fitness Finders will always use your last submission to know which students to print. 

Step 4: Fitness Finders Creates and Sends a Proof

After you’ve submitted your selections:

  • Fitness Finders will review your entry

  • A proof (digital preview) of your QR cards or stickers will be emailed to you for approval

Step 5: Approve Your Proof

Review your proof carefully:

  • Check that student names, school name, and design details are correct

  • Reply to the email to approve or request edits

Your order will not be printed until the proof is approved.

Step 6: Printing and Shipping

Once your proof is approved:

  • Fitness Finders will print your QR codes (either plastic cards or stickers, depending on your order)

  • When printing is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know your order is ready to ship

Step 7: Receive and Use Your QR Codes

Your printed QR codes will be shipped directly to you. Once they arrive, students can begin scanning their cards or stickers after completing laps to track their progress in EZ Scan.
