but didn't click the "Download PDF" button and instead exited out,

 


Or maybe you downloaded the PDF and accidentally deleted it or cannot find it on your computer; Here are a couple work-arounds to help you figure out which students still need to receive their awards.


  • If you still have the PDF, from the last time you downloaded the awards list, you could go to the "Awards" tab in Class Sheet and uncheck the awards that are not listed on that previous PDF. Then, once you've unchecked them, you can go through the steps to download a new awards list.
  • Or you could run a "Distance" report, using a known date range that covers previously given awards. Once you see what distance the students had achieved previously, you can go to the "Awards" tab in Class Sheet and uncheck the "new" award milestones and then download the Awards list.
