There are a few different types of certificates within EZ Tally, and each has its own method of printing.
Option 1 - Current Mileage Certificates
The first type of certificate is a Current Mileage certificate. This creates a certificate for each student showing their current mileage. It is a great option for end-of-year or end-of-season certificates.
You can choose to print certificates for all students in the program or only for the class currently selected in the dropdown on the Class Sheet.
1. Go to the "Class Sheet".
2. Select the "Print" tab, located on the left side of the page.
3. Click the "Current Mileage Certificate" button for all students or
the "Class Current Mileage Certs" button for the current class only.
4. A window will open allowing you to choose from three different certificate types (scroll to the bottom to see an example).
a. The color certificate must be purchased from Fitness Finders at the following link:
https://www.fitnessfinders.net/Mileage-Club-Certificates-p/142-mileageclubcert.htm
b. The middle option prints a certificate with the student’s name and mileage with a “Mileage Club” title.
c. The Customized Title option allows you to add your school or program name to the certificate.
5. Click the "Generate" button.
6. Click "Download PDF".
7. To print the certificates, open the pdf file and select print.

Option 2 - Award Level Specific Certificates
The second type of certificate is Award Level specific. These certificates are added on the Award Levels tab under Edit My School. Click here to see How to Add Certificates to Award Levels.
When a student reaches the specified milestone, the certificate will be available to print.
1. Go to the "Class Sheet".
2. Select the "Print" tab, located on the left side of the page.
3. Click the "Certificates" button.
A window will open allowing for a customized title, like school or program name, to be added to the certificate.
4. Click the "Generate" button.
5. Click "Download PDF".
6. Once you have generated the pdf, you can have the system check off the certificates as complete/given, on the Awards tab, automatically. If you want that done, click the Confirm button. Otherwise, click Cancel.
7. To print the certificates, open the pdf file you just downloaded and select print.
Note: You can only print certificates for the class, team, or grade you are currently viewing, in the Class Sheet.
