If you are getting a message saying that the names you're trying to copy and paste aren't valid:

Please ensure that there are no special characters when you are pasting the names.
- The valid characters are from "A-Z", "0-9", or an " ' " (apostrophe).
Please ensure that there are no extra spaces before and after the names.
Please ensure both fields are filled out. Both First and Last name.
