You may have noticed that your account gained some data after you did the clean-up.


This is data that did not sync originally. It is now recovered. Yay!


In the event that you have any syncing issues moving forward , it will be even easier for us to correctly recover data that was not synced and apply it to the correct student. 


As always, it is best practice to sync before and after each session on all scanning devices. This should prevent any future data changes or loss of data.
