This message does not have to do with your subscription or its expiration date. You are simply trying to collect data outside of the dates set for your current program.
Click on "Edit My School" at the top of the page.
Click on "Program."
Check to see if today's date is within the dates of the program.
If the start date is the same as today's date, move the date back a day by using the calendar and clicking "Save."
If the end date has passed, change the end date as needed and click "Save."
If you made any changes to the dates, log out of the app then log back in and sync the device.
