There could be a couple of reasons that certificates do not print.
- Make sure you have requested a certificate at that mileage point. Go to Edit My School > Award Levels.
- Make sure students have actually attained that mileage and that the award box is not checked off. Go to Class Sheet and click on the purple Awards tab on the left.
- If when printing the Certificate you receive a blank or black image, please switch to Chrome. You should be able to print certificates.
